The Oakleaf Club has many benevolent efforts, the majority of which are coordinated by the Benevolence Committee.  These efforts are distinct from other benevolent programs such as Books4Kids and the Fisher House, though the Benevolence Committee does provide financial support to these efforts when needed.

All Oakleaf Benevolent Programs support Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and Naval Station Activity Bethesda leadership and efforts are prioritized based on the current needs. This means that some activities may be dormant for some years and then return as a key focus for other years.
